Refund Policy for Digital Products
Thank you for your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your order.
1. Nature of Product
Our product is a digitally delivered, encrypted file. Access to the file is secured by a password, which is automatically sent to the buyer via email upon successful purchase. A license key may also be provided for verification or support purposes, but it is not used to unlock the file.
2. No Refunds After Delivery
Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the password to access the file has been sent. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after this point, as the product is considered delivered and accessible.
3. Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered If:
You did not receive the password email within 24 hours of purchase (after checking spam/junk folders).
You can demonstrate that the file is corrupted or inaccessible due to a technical fault on our end and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
You made a duplicate purchase of the same item in error and have not accessed either.
Refund requests that meet the above criteria must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting [insert your support email].
4. No Refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Inability to open the file due to incompatible software not recommended or supported by us
Claims of non-receipt of password where our system shows confirmed delivery and access
